As much you want! The number of  Accounts for each owner is not limited.

?  How many User Accounts can I edit and/or how many users can register itself?
As much as desired! The number of the users is not limited.

?  How do my users come to the Login-Area?
It's simply, you only must link at the public part of your homepage the address that you get from AccessProtect™ get (like http://your-accountname.accessprotect.com) Or you integrates the Loginform at your website. You can generate HTML code for the Loginform with the form-generator specialy for your website.

?  What is, if my users enter wrong access data ?
In this case, your visitors will be redirected to certain URL, which you can indicate under "Access Protection: Settings" ("page 401"). If you did not indicate a site, a neutral standard site in the language of the Browsers of the visitor will be displayed. If you indicated an "individual" page 401, you can edit these completely free: also integrate a register form, with which users be able to register themselve, former you can integrate a form for automatic password request by email if the users forgot the password.

?  What ist the function of options  "self registration by users" and " automatic access release ", which I can setup under "Access Protection: Settings"
If the function " self registration by users" is activated, all users can register themselves by using the registration form which you must integrate in your website. You can generate the HTML code by use of form generator.
If the function " automatic access release " is activated, the users receive access data to immediate entrance to the protected area by input of the access data. Otherwise these receive access only by your release. So you can decide, whom would like to accept you as users and whom not! You  release the access for the user in the administration area.

?  Can I edit the accounts of my users?
You can edit all user accounts in the administration area: change Data, release access, activate/deactivate or set the validity limit for the temporally access of authorization period.

?  What is, if my users forgot the password?
You can change the password of all user accounts in the administration area or add a form where user can request the password by email himself. You can simply generate the HTML code in your account with the form generator.

?  Can user change their data also?
Yes. With the appropriate form "change user data" - all registred user can edit  their own datas - e.g. name, email address, password. You can simply generate the HTML code in your account with the form generator.

?  Can users deregster themselve?
Users can delete themselves with the form "delete user account ". You can simply generate the HTML code in your account with the form generator.

?  Can i inform my users about innovations and news with a  newsletter?
The function "newsletter " help you send completely simply email to all your users. You can select and exclude also still certain users from the dispatch. Your newsletters will be sended in real time.

?  I forgot my password for my AccessProtect™ account. What can I do?
No problem! You can receive your password any time via email  over the function "Forgot password?" It will be sent automatically and immediately.

?  I forgot my accountname for AccessProtect™. What can I do?
No problem! You can receive your account-data any time via email  over the function "Forgot Account?" It will be sent automatically and immediately.
